The paper is divided into four main paragraphs which include: good's distribution and marketing instruments, logistics and marketing, marketing logistics and logistic-marketing management. Marketing could not exist without logistics and logistics could not exist without marketing - this main point authors tried to improve in following papers. All positive and negative factors of relation between marketing and logistics were shown. This relation created modern management - logistic-marketing management. |
