The purpose of business cannot be primarily a profit and if so it must be increase of the market value of the company. How to choose a business strategy which would generate a sustainable profit? The answer to this question a well-known businessman Tomas Bata the founder knew , the person who had created a very sophisticated system of management which had not generated sustainable profit only but socially responsible business too. The object of this research is to describe Bata management system and socially responsible behavior of Tomas Bata Company before 1945 through properly chosen research methods. Based on our findings, there is set a possible application of the results to the current business environment. |

One possibility to protect the urban environment is to use vehicles with electric engines, which do not emit pollution and noise. Thanks to modern sophisticated technologies current electric vehicles are comparable with common vehicles with combustion engines. In this paper, we discuss possibilities and limitations of diffusion and utilization of the electric vehicles and attitudes of entrepreneurs to the usage of electric vehicles for company purposes. The input data were gained during the study held in 2010 in Moravian-Silesian Region. |
