Role interkulturního tréninku v procesu internacionalizace lidských zdrojůRenata Čuhlová, Muhammad Ismail YarActa academica karviniensia 2018, 18(3):15-26 | DOI: 10.25142/aak.2018.017 The paper demonstrates the importance of intercultural training as a part of expatriation process with the aim to easily adapt in international assignment. Based on review of available training approaches, the research to obtain empirical data was conducted. The experience of a sample of 164 Czech expatriates from the multinational company in the Czech Republic was investigated via questionnaires regardless their host location. Findings illustrate the current practices and highlight weaknesses of their preparation process, such as insufficient timing of preparation, including accompanying families and overall accessibility to the training tools. |

By means of the evaluation attend to interconnect education goals with corporate goals. Many enterprises do not occupy with evaluating corporate education on account of lack time or financial, material and human resources. Managers or senior executives who make decisions about corporate education and investments to corporate education do not have a realistic idea about it, how to evaluate the corporate education. In the article it will define the terms of the corporate education, evaluating education and with its connect advantages and disadvantages. In conclusion, the article will be elucidated Kirkpatrick model, whose levels are used by lecturers and specialists for education and development in enterprises across the world. |
Role společnosti v podpoře inkluzivního růstu v kontextu cílů Evropské unieIvana Šidová, Anna VallušováActa academica karviniensia 2013, 13(1):136-146 | DOI: 10.25142/aak.2013.012 Inclusive growth, which is stressed as a priority for strategy Europe 2020, could be achieved by application of flexicurity approach in employment policy. One of the four flexicurity components is lifelong learning, which is an important part of employee's education in the company. In this context, the aim of the article is to define the role of company in eliminating labor market rigidity, which is essential for social inclusion on the basis of the analysis of the EU strategies in this area. Because the decision on the extent and quality of employee's education in the company is fully in the competence of company, we also emphasize the necessity of the perception of corporate social responsibility as a characteristic that enhances business social function and from the long perspective shape a qualitatively new ground of company's existence. |

V první kapitole článku je stručně vypsáno zadání projektu, jeho cíle a časový rámec. V druhé kapitole je popsána metodika sekundárního a primárního výzkumu, dále jsou zde shrnuty klíčové ukazatele projektového výzkumu a jejich souvislost s dalšími fázemi projektu. Ve třetí kapitole jsou vyjmenovány faktory, které v průběhu výzkumných aktivit projektu pozitivně nebo negativně ovlivňovaly sběr dat a jsou zde stručně popsány způsoby řešení a jejich konečný dopad. |
