The first goal of the submitted contribution is to determine objectified value of the construction enterprises. For a low objectified boundary value is applied Direct Capitalization Method. In 1919 the town of Brno became a higher education centre. Fiscal decentralization as a tool for the transfer of competences from the central level of government to lower levels of government - municipalities and higher territorial units. The introduction of fiscal decentralization in Slovakia, a new method of funding, which has the effect of reinforcing the financial autonomy of these entities, their stability, independence and effectiveness in the use of funds to implement their plans for investments to meet the needs of residents of municipalities and actual and potential businesses engaged in business activities the territory of the municipality.
UNEMPLOYMENT AND ANALYSIS OF REAL ESTATE SUPPLY DURING THE 20'S AND 30'S IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA

The paper explains the relationship between the unemployment and structure of supply of the real estate market during the 20's and 30 's of 20th century in Czechoslovakia. There are four segments of the real estate market investigated, such as rental, home ownership, farmhouse and residential buildings. Correlations between the unemployment and rental sector and the farmhouse sector were found out. A certain correlation was discovered even between the farmhouse sector and the residential building sector. In the paper, the reasons of this relationship in conditions of the Czechoslovak real estate market are presented.

The article is focused on the issue of the perception of the destination quality. Primary research has been concerned with the evaluation of individual quality factors by service providers distributed by sectors in tourism industry. According to the service providers, the most significant factors of destination quality are the sense of security, the quality of staff in tourism services, and natural attractions. This article aims to investigate the long-run structural cointegrated VAR model that relates to the core macroeconomic variables of the Czech economy to current and lagged values of a number of key foreign variables (6 domestic and 3 international) and 1 exogenous variable.
