ROLE OF INTERCULTURAL TRAINING IN A PROCESS OF HUMAN RESOURCE INTERNATIONALIZATION

The paper demonstrates the importance of intercultural training as a part of expatriation process with the aim to easily adapt in international assignment. Based on review of available training approaches, the research to obtain empirical data was conducted. The experience of a sample of 164 Czech expatriates from the multinational company in the Czech Republic was investigated via questionnaires regardless their host location. Findings illustrate the current practices and highlight weaknesses of their preparation process, such as insufficient timing of preparation, including accompanying families and overall accessibility to the training tools.

This study aims to investigate the effects of structural empowerment on corporate reputation and the mediating role of organizational identification. Smartcities are, among other things, well-known for solving optimization problems. One of the problems could be an optimal location of a central warehouse, which supplies branches. The branches are not the same; they naturally have a different location and a volume of traffic. The central warehouse must be situated in the area within the optimal distance that allows for minimal transportation costs. It can happen that the optimal solution to the abovementioned problem lies in a prohibited area such as forests, military areas. ANALYSIS OF THE INTERNET COMMUNICATION MEASURES USED BY ACCOMODATION FACILITIES IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

This article is about the accommodation capacities implementation progress regarding their use of on-line communication measures. The tested businesses are from the North Bohemian region. A questionnaire based survey was done with the sample of 342 accommodation facilities. The results show that the average number of on-line communication tools being used in an accommodation capacity is 5,5.
